What is a Remote Strategy Sprint?

A Strategy sprint is a 1-week programme that will help align your business leaders to plan, strategise and execute the steps needed to get your business where it needs to be.

We will work with key stakeholders in your business to determine and set the right priorities, innovation metrics and track the progress to ensure your organisation is moving forward and not stagnating.

We do this 100% remotely, so your can prepare for “the normal” in a post COVID-19 world.

Our Strategy Sprints are 100% remote. We use a suite of accessible, easy to use tools to deliver all teaching and workshop facilitation including real time whiteboarding sessions, project and documentation management and video conferencing for collaboration.

What is required from you?

Our process is not disruptive to your business. We work around your commitments and scheduling to ensure we don’t disrupt your day to day.

Our strategy sprint process involves a mix of collaborative sessions along with free-time and individual work.

It is expected that each participant will need to devote between 10-15 hours for the duration of the programme.
